E-mail is the only channel
You can write to us at [email protected]. We do not publish a phone number or a postal address, and the site has no chat or message form, because a small information guide does not need them. E-mail lets us read your note properly and keep a clear record of corrections. Please include the page address if your message is about something you read here, so we can find it quickly.
Topics we can help with
- A factual error or outdated rule in our review of Color Trading.
- A link that is broken or leads somewhere unexpected.
- A question about our privacy policy or how we handle e-mails.
- General feedback on how clear or useful the guide is.
Specific messages are easier to act on, so a page address and a quoted sentence go a long way.
Protect your personal data
We do not need to know who you are in any formal sense, so please keep the following out of your messages:
- photos or scans of ID cards, passports or other documents;
- passwords, PINs and security answers;
- card numbers, bank account details or payment receipts;
- OTPs and other verification codes.
Anyone asking for these while claiming to be us is not us.
Reading and replying
We read everything we receive. What happens next depends on the message. A confirmed mistake is corrected and the page date is updated. A question gets an answer where we can give one. Feedback is noted for the next review of the page. We cannot commit to a particular response time, but no message is ignored, and we never use your address for marketing.
Questions outside our reach
Because we do not run a gaming service, we hold no information about anyone's account, balance or payments. We cannot reset a password, approve a withdrawal or look into a disputed round on any platform, whether or not that platform is linked from Colour Link Watch.
