The short answer
At the time of writing, Colour Link Watch sets no cookies of its own for analytics or advertising. We do not measure readers with tracking tools and we do not show targeted ads. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe the new cookies, and the date on the page, currently Oct 29, 2026, will show when it happened.
The age confirmation item
- Name of the item: "age18_ok".
- Where it lives: localStorage in your own browser.
- When it is created: after you confirm you are 18 or older.
- What it does: stops the age prompt appearing again.
- What it holds: no personal information.
Removing it means you will be asked to confirm your age on your next visit.
Other websites
Some buttons, screenshots and topic chips on Colour Link Watch lead through a /go/ link to external pages. Those pages are run by third parties, and they may set their own cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies, as soon as you arrive. Their use of cookies is covered by their own policies, not ours. We cannot see or control those cookies, so please check each site's cookie settings when you get there.
