Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how Colour Link Watch, found at colortradinggames.com, handles information about its visitors. The site is an independent guide to Color Trading. It does not sell anything, run accounts or take payments, so it collects far less than most websites. The policy is written by the people who run Colour Link Watch and was last updated on Oct 29, 2026. Questions about it can be sent to [email protected] at any time.
Logs kept for security
Like almost every website, Colour Link Watch runs on a web server that keeps standard logs. When your browser requests a page, the host records:
- your IP address,
- the type of browser and device software,
- the pages and files requested,
- the date and time of each request.
These logs are used for security and to fix technical problems. We do not use them to build profiles of readers.
When you write to us
An e-mail to us contains whatever you put in it, together with your address and the usual technical headers added by your mail service. We read it, reply if a reply makes sense, and keep it only while it is useful. Messages are not sold, rented or used to send you promotions. If you would like an earlier message deleted, ask at [email protected].
The age item and what we do not collect
Apart from server logs and e-mails, there is one more piece of data: a localStorage item called "age18_ok", written in your browser after you confirm you are 18 or over. It holds no name or contact details and is not sent to our server. Beyond that, we collect nothing. There are no sign-ups and, at the time of writing, no analytics or advertising cookies set by Colour Link Watch.
External pages reached through links
This policy stops at the edge of our site.
- Play buttons, screenshots and topic chips go through a /go/ address to external pages.
- Those pages are run by third parties with their own terms and privacy rules.
- They may set cookies or collect data that we never see and cannot control.
Check their policies before giving them any information.
Your choices
Retention is kept short and general: logs for the period the host needs for security and troubleshooting, e-mails for as long as a reply or correction requires. You control the one item stored in your browser and can remove it through your browser settings, as explained in the cookie policy. If you want to know what we hold or would like your messages deleted, e-mail [email protected].
